Frequently Asked Questions

Q1. I already have a center stone. Can I just order a custom setting from you?

Absolutely! Before customizing the setting, please prepare the following:

1. The shape and exact dimensions of your stone (an IGI certificate link is preferred), as well as front and side images.

2. Please ensure you have a trusted local jeweler who can set the stone.

Important

· Tip: Please do not attempt to set the stone yourself unless you are a skilled professional jeweler.

Q2. Am I able to see a 3D model before making payment?

We can offer this as an additional service for a fee. It takes about 7 business days, and the cost depends on the design complexity.

Note: This service is not available for hand-carved designs.

That said, we do not recommend this option in most cases, as the CAD files in our standard process already provide an accurate preview of the final product.

Q3: What is your policy for modifications after the CAD is approved?

We only accept modification requests during the CAD review phase. Any changes made after CAD approval may incur additional costs for materials and labor.

If you change your mind during production based on an already-approved CAD design, you’ll be responsible for the costs already incurred.

Also, multiple CAD revisions may lead to extra design fees. So please consolidate your changes and let us know all at once—we’ll assess whether the revisions are feasible.

Q4: Can each gemstone in the jewelry come with a third-party certificate (e.g., IGI)?

Yes, that’s possible. But please be aware that each gemstone certification incurs its own certify fee.

This adds considerable cost and processing time. We recommend weighing this against your budget and timeline.

Q5:  Why do the prongs on my jewelry appear slightly uneven?

All of our pieces are hand-polished by skilled artisans. Slight asymmetry in prong size or shape is normal and not considered a defect.

Q6: Why does the final gold weight differ from the weight shown in the CAD file?

The weight indicated in the CAD file refers to the raw, unpolished model. During polishing and finishing, some metal is naturally lost, so the final weight will be slightly lower.

Q7:  How long does a custom piece take to finish?

If no custom-cutting is needed, most pieces can be completed and shipped within 2–3 weeks of order confirmation.

Q8: What are your after-sales service terms?
